Getting Ready for Obstacles in the World (G.R.O.W.) is a 501 c3 character-building, life skills program for schools. We provide three essential services; mentors i.e. “narrative changers”, transportation for students and an extended day program.

The “narrative changers” work with students inside and outside of school which helps to build strong bonds and a high level of mutual respect.

We provide transportation and the drivers also mentor the students. The drivers develop strong bonds with scholars which help to motivate the youth to come to school.
